- 18-months Traineeship Program in the area of our Lighting Brand Zumtobel Group with a focus on modernizing process and IT systems as part of the digitalization strategy
- Participation in the Digital Customer Experience Platform, technical change management, processing of business requirements, data analytics, exciting use cases in the environment of e-commerce and lighting calculation, e.g. with 3D visualizations, global projects in the SAP environment (S/4 HANA) – Finance, Controlling, Human Resource, new production processes based on SAP manufacturing systems or innovative improvements in the area of corporate process management
- You will be actively involved in cross-divisional projects, partly without supervision
Our Global Traineeship Program offers you the opportunity to enter the world of the Zumtobel Group. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business informatics, computer science, digital transformation or equivalent
- Strong interest and affinity in data analytics and digital tools
- Ideally, you have gained first professional experience in an international company.
- Open-minded and proactive
- Perfect English skills and one other language German language skills are beneficial
- Mentoring program with individual support
- Participation in various trainings organized by our People Development Department
- Assignment at one of our worldwide locations, where you will get to know the local processes and expand your company-wide network
