- Accompany the technical sales representatives with customers (meetings and events) on complex projects (e.g. 5-storey building with BMS communication / hotel with connected system.../ including management services and solutions).
- Explain and explain the benefits of management to technical sales staff
- Develop the knowledge and skills of technical sales staff
- Support the design office in sizing services and solutions upstream of SCCs, or according to the SCC established for complex projects.
- Monitor complex projects (planning, organization of work)
- Ensure commissioning of complex lighting management systems
- Maintain a technology watch
- Manage a network of partners within the scope entrusted to us (monitoring of interventions and technical expertise in our solutions).
We are looking to hire an expert in Lighting Controls who can commission, service and maintain in the field at customer sites around the area of Paris. You will provide expertise and technical support to customers and technical sales staff as well as promoting the company's services and solutions.
Main Responsibilities:

What we are looking for:
- Expertise in Lighting Controls.
- Field Servicing experience (Commissioning, Servicing & Maintenance).
- Experience in home automation, building management systems (BMS), lighting management, electricity, computer networks.
- Project Management experience would be an advantage.
- Fluency in French and English.
