Your job
- Responsible for project coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion in the luminaire industry
- Mediates between the R&D, the Product Management sector and the Production, as well as with other sectors necessary for the execution of the project
- Manages the process of Engineering Changes (ECR) according to defined company procedures
- Participates in defining project requirements and goals
- Defines detailed Project Plans and takes care of their fulfillment within the defined time frame
- Manages an interdisciplinary Project Team
- Manages the assigned human resources and budget for a specific Project
- Ensures that projects meet specified and defined requirements in the function and area of industrialization taking into account time, cost and quality
- In case of deviations or problems, evaluates appropriate solutions and manages the necessary adjustments in coordination with all relevant participants
- Performs regular evaluations and provides timely and accurate status updates to his project team and supervisor
- Regular presentation of the status of the Project on all necessary forums
- Responsibility for the implementation and compliance with global standards and rules of the defined product creation process
- Execute defined PCP process with all relevant documentation and reporting
- Follow and execute defined ECM process with all relevant documentation and reporting
- Implement standards for project management capabilities in alignment with the global PMO
- Track and provide project and/or program status
- Oversee project for the delivery on time, within scope, quality and on budget
- Interface with executives to define project priorities and implementation opportunities and challenges, and keep them up-to-date with project risks and opportunities
Your profile
- Minimum VII level of higher education
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the field of lighting industry, electronics industry or similar sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in project management and team management
- Knowledge of project management tools (Gantt charts, VBS, risk assessment...)
- Experience in planning, risk assessment and change management in the manufacturing industry
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proven leadership skills
- Computer skills - "Microsoft Office" (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), advanced level
- Fluent Business English
