[Junior] Controller for “Controlling Systems & Processes” (m/f/d)

Your job
    What it's about: You actively shape global controlling processes in an organizational and technical sense. Additionally you will support in global reporting.
    You are part of a 3-person-team that performs the controlling tasks in Center of Excellence in Belgrade (SRB). Together with your two colleagues in Dornbirn – Austria, you form a “small team with big impact”. This team acts as an interface between Controlling and IT to integrate controlling processes into SAP and drive the digitalization forward.

    Your role: You will be introduced step by step to our global Controlling- & Finance processes and our reporting landscape. After the induction period you will take on the following tasks independently:

    • Innovative Project Management: Drive into the S4/Hana project, bringing your expertise to streamline our finance and controlling processes.
    • Finance and Controlling Processes: Use your skills to automate finance processes, collaborate with IT for ERP improvements and more!
    • BU and Analytical Mastery: Showcase your talent in developing BI Tools, with a focus on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) – your analysis will drive the business decisions.
Your profile
    You are a well-educated, knowledgeable [junior] controller with a strong IT background, moreover you are a motivated team-player, with durable work ethic, integrity, strong communicative skills and a proactive personality.

    • You have a Bachelor degree in economics/ business administration (organisational faculties as well).
    • You already have got 1+ work-related experience in the field of controlling, business analyst, process excellence and/or IT. Ideally you bring experience within the big 4 international auditing company.
    • You are proficient in MS Office (esp. Excel & Power Point) is obligatory.
    • Knowledge of SAP (FI/CO, BW, SAC) would be an advantage.
    • You are proficient in english, both written and verbal.
    • You are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. With your strong communication skills you are ready to lead and inspire your colleagues within your project teams.
    • You must be able to work independently as well as team-player, with a high external and internal service orientation, initiative, creativity, diligence and accuracy.
    • You impress us with you analytical, flexible approaches in the projects with your high resilience and hands-on mentality.
