You control central departments - Product Management, Marketing, Research and Development and Administration for the Thorn and Zumtobel product segments. As experienced controller you have the fully and independently responsibility for these department and stay in close contact with these departments in the headquarter in Dornbirn.
- You will actively manage the commercial processes and monitor the economic development of your areas (target setting, forecasting, budget planning, monitoring and reporting, etc.).
- You will carry out variance analyses and reviews, prepare monthly reports and product evaluations as well as margin analyses. In doing so, you identify potential and risks and help to make the right decisions.
- You act as a sparring and finance business partner for your divisions and work closely with them - accordingly, you carry out project calculations and support the creation of business plans and business cases.
- You will be involved in Group-wide projects, such as the further development of our reporting and planning tools.

You combine your extensive controller expertise and your passion with an authentic, winning personality.
- Your hold a completed degree in business administration with a focus on controlling or relevant professional experience, supported by further training.
- You have 3+ years of professional experience in the field of controlling and accounting in an international manufacturing company.
- Furthermore, you have knowledge of IFRS and UGB and are fluent in English, both spoken and written; Knowledge of German is of advantage.
- You are proficient in using MS Office programs and have knowledge of SAP.
- You are assertive, open, self-initiated, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. You also proactively contribute your suggestions and ideas.
- You enjoy working in an international environment; The role includes approximately 20–30% business travel.
